• Insurance Claims Assistance — Carol will research, consult, investigate and recommend on
  most, if not all, types of insurance including but not limited to basic health insurance,
  institutional health insurance, rehabilitation insurance, diagnostic insurance, drug &
  pharmaceutical insurance, long-term and hospice insurance.

• On–Site Professional Assistance — Carol can personally facilitate changes or reinstate clients’
   insurance. She will go to any insurance agent or agency within her geographic area of service.
   She will file and follow up on forms necessary to guarantee continuous coverage whether it
   be Medicare or Medicaid.
